LeadKraft AI operates as an Independent Tech Provider, offering automated AI conversational agents via the WhatsApp Business API for multi-tenant SME clients. You are responsible for ensuring your use of our system complies with Meta's Commerce and Business Policies.

When connecting your WhatsApp Business account to LeadKraft AI, you grant us permission to manage message templates and webhooks on your behalf. You must not use our AI to facilitate illegal activities, spam, or violate Meta's messaging rules.
